Each application must be accompanied by payment. Approved methods of payment are:

ALL PRE-REQUISITES MUST BE ATTACHED TO APPLICATION.

APPLICANTS SEEKING IFSAC or IFE ACCREDITATION, COPIES OF PRE-REQUISITES MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH OFFICIALIFSAC SEALS.
