build: drop foojay-resolver (auto-provision) — every build host has JDK 25
foojay-resolver-convention 0.8.0 is incompatible with Gradle 9.7.1 (NoSuchField JvmVendorSpec.IBM_SEMERU) and only fires when Gradle has to download a toolchain. With JDK 25 present on laptop/Jenkins/the box, the :thoughtframe 25 toolchain resolves locally; keep that, drop the resolver.
